Dragons Lair: Creating Dragonfly Habitat

This program will explore the relationships between different native plant communities and dragonflies. Follow a succession of these winged jewels as they fly from spring into autumn.

Presenter: Christine Cook

Christine Cook is an artist, educator, and landscape designer whose company, Mossaics, specializes in moss garden design, wildlife habitat restoration, and contemplative garden design.  Her work reflects an ecological approach to each site with an understanding of the cycles and patterns of natural systems.  Mossaics cultivates a sense of wonder and a sense of place!

She holds a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and has certificates in gardening, commercial horticulture, and landscape design from the New York Botanical Garden. She is an accredited landscape professional by the Northeast Organic Farming Association.
